一、净化彩钢板分类介绍

1.彩钢板按夹心材料一般分为：玻镁、石膏岩棉、岩棉、聚苯泡沫彩钢板，还有纸蜂窝和铝蜂窝。纸蜂窝和铝蜂窝还有聚苯泡沫都不行，不符合消防规范。纸蜂窝里面填充物易燃，铝蜂窝填充物传热好，所以板子另一侧温度很快超过300℃，不符合消防的要求，现在燃烧限值应该在1小时之内。但也有部分地区，使用带阻燃剂的聚苯泡沫彩钢板。
2.按面板材质：宝钢、华美等，基板厚度有0.426的华美或0.5宝钢。宝钢的板材含锌量较高，比较耐腐蚀。并且厚度不走下差。有人说宝钢的平整度好，但实际并不明显。宝钢比其他品牌价格要贵一些。
3.按做工：手工和机制，现在大部分板材手工板与机制板强度差不多，机制板只要胶水没有问题一般没事；但岩棉板绝对要使用手工板，而且顶板最好要加一层石膏板或者玻镁板，机制岩棉板没有任何强度。手工板一般贵5-10元左右。
4.彩钢板制作地：苏州、佛山、广州、常州。苏州、佛山板材用的多一些。
二、药厂彩钢板的选择
现在药厂选择中空玻镁的较多，机制或手工都差不多。强度和消防都没问题。但对于气候较冷，室内采暖不好的地区，保温效果较差，特别是顶棚，会有结露现象。有的质量差的板材，会出现玻镁和彩钢板剥离的情况，有的外观可见起楞。
岩棉板，由于岩棉对洁净区有影响，并且遇湿有时会胀开。使用较少。玻镁岩棉手工板有一些企业采用。有的企业选用石膏岩棉手工板。

想省钱的企业，如能与当地消防部门沟通好，也可采用以下方案：走廊，主要人流通道和逃生通道，易燃易爆区域选用机制中空双玻镁板，其他区域选用带阻燃剂的聚苯泡沫彩钢板。省钱同时也有一定的安全保障。

The plate of Baosteel has high zinc content and is relatively corrosion resistant. And the thickness does not go down. Some people say that the smoothness of Baosteel is good, but in fact it is not obvious. Baosteel is more expensive than other brands.
3. According to the workmanship: manual and mechanism, most of the manual slabs have the same strength as the machine-made slabs, so long as the glue is not a problem, it is generally okay for the machine-made slabs; but the rock wool slabs absolutely need to use the manual slabs, and the roof is better to add a layer of gypsum or glass-magnesium slabs, the machine-made rock wool slabs have no strength. Handmade boards generally cost about 5-10 yuan.
4. Place of color steel plate production: Suzhou, Foshan, Guangzhou, Changzhou. Suzhou and Foshan boards are more used.
II. Selection of Color Plate in Pharmaceutical Factory
