彩涂板铺设方面的问题
铺设绝缘棉：
1、铺设
彩涂板前，检查保温棉厚度是否均匀，质保书、合格证是否符合设计要求。
2.保温棉应铺设严密。绝缘棉之间不得有间隙。如有，应及时修复。

彩涂板顶板铺设：
屋面内外
彩涂板铺设时，严格按照规范要求进行各边缘搭接。安装檐口时，应结合底板和玻璃棉确定安装位置，从檐口开始，然后自下而上铺设。检查两端的直线度和板的直线度，确保安装质量。
III Sar pvc防水卷材可用于屋脊和天沟的局部软防水，可有效解决彩涂板结构防水无法解决的接缝和渗水问题。
PVC卷材的固定点应固定在压型板的顶面上，以保证固定件受力合理，防水结构合理。
四、以上操作完成后，控制压型钢板的安装：

to top. Check the straightness at both ends and the straightness of the plate to ensure the installation quality.
III Sar-pvc waterproof coiled plate can be used for local soft waterproof of roof ridge and gutter, which can effectively solve the
problems of joint and ponding leakage that cannot be solved due to the waterproof of color coated plate structure.
The fixing point of PVC coiled material shall be fixed on the peak surface of profiled plate to ensure reasonable stress of fixed
parts and reasonable waterproof structure.
IV After the above operations, we shall control the installation of profiled steel plate:
1. The profiled metal plate shall be installed flat and straight, and the plate surface shall be free of construction
residues and dirt. The cornice and the lower end of the wall shall be in a straight line, and there shall be no untreated wrong drilling holes.
